Sharnika Glenn, VP of Human Resources UPS Airlines

UPS Airlines HRBP vice president Sharnika Glenn  

Sharnika started with UPS in 1998 as an International customer service representative in  

Louisville, KY.  

Throughout her career, Sharnika embraced an array of  assignments in Health & Safety, Human Resources, and Talent  Acquisition. Sharnika’s milestones span all disciplines of Human  Resources management. In 2019, she accepted a promotion as  UPS HR director for the Florida district where she directed  strategy and execution of all HR initiatives within the district,  including performance management, employee relations, change  management, staffing, talent management and others. 

Sharnika returned to Louisville in her latest role as HR director for  UPS Airlines.  

Sharnika is a certified coach, has a B.S. in Business  Administration from Spalding University and an MBA from  Webster University.
